Ticket Stub #9 – White Sox vs. Indians – 9/01/1991
White Sox 6, Indians 1
Comiskey Park – Chicago, IL
By this time I had really started to enjoy watching the White Sox play. Robin Ventura was finally starting to attack at the plate and Frank Thomas was becoming a star. Add that to a line-up including Carlton Fisk and you had a very exciting team to watch!!!
There were 2 notable things that took place during this game. (1) Home runs by 2 Hall of Fame players – Carlton Fisk & Frank Thomas. (2) Each player on the White Sox recorded a hit in this game.

That 10th name in the Tribe box score should be Fermin (Felix the Cat, “El Gato”), not Fermis. Felix was a good glove man, but Indians fans forgot all about him about 3 games into the Omar Vizquel reign!
