Ernie Banks 2007 Upper Deck SP Legendary Cuts
I really enjoy adding modern cards of Ernie Banks to my collection. The vintage stuff is great too – just a tad too expensive in most cases…
And this card from the 2007 Upper Deck SP set is a beauty!!!
While very dark in design elements, it is the Red background that saves this card for me. The Red background that surrounds Banks really makes his image pop.
And all of that Gold filigree really gives this card a sense of royalty. And Ernie Banks certainly fits into that mold very nicely.
