Baseball Card Show Purchase #10 – Autographed Fergie Jenkins 2000 Fleer ‘Greats Of The Game’
When I tell you that I had been seeking this card for more than two years, I am not exaggerating the truth. I have always been a big fan of this set, and this specific card of Fergie Jenkins was the #1 want on my list of cards to grab of him.
And the best part of all?? I was able to but it for less than what I had been willing to pay on Ebay.
Because they can be commonly found on Ebay (usually 5-6 are always around) I set my sights on paying a ‘good’ price. The lowest I had seen it offered for recently was $12.50 with free shipping. I toyed with that card for a while, and then it was sold.
But, as with many of my grand purchases, patience paid off yet again.
I got this card at the show for just $10.00.
And I am loving it!!!!

Easily the best buy of the night for me. And now I need to find another ‘#1 need’ to put on top of my Fergie Jenkins list.

Beautiful card. Hard signed! Fleer had some great auto cards late 90′s early 2000′s.
