Baseball Card Show Purchase #8 – 1974 Topps Mike Schmidt Baseball Card
WHOA!!!
If is not often that a Hank Aaron baseball card would be trumped, but I think that this card does it.
I will call this purchase ‘Me Best One From The Show’ without a doubt. I paid $10.00 for it, but it is mint, and old, and I love it.
The card also fills a very big void in my new Mike Schmidt collection and to be honest I didn’t know how easy or hard a card like this was going to be to obtain.
The card is Schmidt’s second Topps baseball card and it features a great-looking, vintage Phillies uniform.
