Baseball Card Show Purchase #3 – Ozzie Smith 2011 Topps ’60 Years Of Topps’
While fairly modern, I have never seen this card before finding it in a bargain bin at the card show.
Yes, I have been missing out all this time…

What a great image!! And I love those old Padres uniforms!!
The card celebrates the top base stealing seasons in San Diego Padres history. Smith is in 4th place on the list with the 57 steals he recorded in 1980.
Amazingly, the great Tony Gwynn is in 5th with his 56 steals in 1987!
That’s a nice looking card! I have that one along with the 2011 SP Ozzie Smith card in his Padres uniform.
