Alan Trammell 1988 Donruss All-Star
I don’t recall how these cards were issued, and I am hopeful that one, or many, of the great readers of this blog can provide that information.
The All-Star cards that Donruss issued in 1988 are a lot better, in my opinion, than what other brands were doing with their All-Star subsets.
While many either featured gawdy graphics or posed photos pasted on top of dull backgrounds, Donruss gave us great action.

Of all of the All-Star themed cards of Trammell that I have secured so far for the player collection that I am building of him, this is my favorite!

IIRC these were randomly inserted in wax packs.
Brandon- sounds like that could be a possibility. I’ll have to consult the authorities on it tonight…
The cards were sold in 1988 Donruss Major League All Star Pop Up wax packs. Each pack had a Pop Up card, 3 puzzle pieces (1988 was Stan Musial) and 5 all star cards.
