Baseball Card Show Purchase #2 – Brooks Robinson 1969 Topps Deckle Edge
As you know, I am a big fan of the ‘Deckle Edge’ subset that was part of the 2012 Topps Archives set.
I am in the process of building that set as we speak, and I was shopping for them at the show. I was able to find a few, and I will show them off to you later today.
But, I never thought that I was going to find an ORIGINAL DECKLE EDGE baseball card from 1969!!!!
Sure, it may not be in mint, excellent, or very good condition, but I don’t care. This card is bad-ass, and the fact that I was able to find one of Brooks Robinson makes it even better.
I paid just $2.00 for the card, and I am thrilled to have an Original Deckle Edge card in my collection!!!
