2013 Topps Archives ‘Tallboys’ Subset – Robinson Cano

With the new 2013 Topps Archives baseball card set release, the ‘Mini Tallboys’ subset is easily one of the best parts of the issue.

The cards from this subset offer a very basic, but throwback feel that screams vintage. The set is 40 cards deep and offers a nice mixture of current players, stars from the 1980′s, and Hall of Fame legends.

This is the card of Robinson Cano from the set:

The big news of the 2013 MLB offseason was that Robinson Cano of the New York Yankees was departing New York and heading for Seattle.  Easily the most well-rounded second baseman in all of baseball, Cano is an elite talent in the prime of his career.

After 5 All-Star selections, 5 Gold Glove Awards, 2 Silver Sluggers, and a World Series crown, Cano is set to be the leader of the Mariners offense when the 2014 baseball season starts.

I CANOt wait to see how this plays out!!
