Bryce Harper 2014 Topps Heritage – New Age Performers
I am thoroughly disappointed that Bryce Harper is injured and not on the baseball field. When the 2014 baseball season began at the tail-end of March, Harper was one of the guys that I was most eager to see play.
Sadly, he is out for at least another six weeks.
Sadly, he will not be an All-Star this year.
I can only hope that he can get back and still swing the bat without pain or having to adjust his style.
Still, cards will be produced. And Bryce Harper will get quite a bit of love from the hobby. And I will chase down as many unique cards as I can.
Kind of like this one from the 2014 Topps Heritage ‘New Age Performers’ subset.

Eddie Murray 2014 Topps Gypsy Queen – Base
Eddie Murray is without a doubt one of my favorite players from prior eras that is featured in modern sets. And when that modern set offers a vintage design, I think it is exceptional.
Between the Orioles’ uniform and Murray’s style, he simply looks incredible on all retro cards.
And this year’s Gypsy Queen release is no different.
As a matter of fact, it is superb!!!
This card could be my top pick from the full base set. I LOVE IT!!!

Giancarlo Stanton 2014 Topps – NO FOIL ERROR CARD!!!
Now here is a weird one for you. This card is missing not only the Topps logo which should appear in the upper-left corner of the card, but it is also missing the Silver-foil wave design and player name at the bottom.
Is it a true error? Or simply something that snuck past quality control?
I’m not certain. But, I do know that it is another version of Stanton’s 2014 Topps Series 1 card for my collection.
