Dustin Pedroia 2008 Upper Deck Season Highlights
The frame may be just 5 foot, 8 inches tall weighing 165 pounds, but the power compacted into the frame is what counts!
And with that power and elite bat speed, Dustin Pedroia can hit the ball – Hard!
In 2008, Pedroia connected for 17 home runs. His season his is 21. He is on pace for 150-175 round trippers for his career.
Not too shabby for a 165-pound second baseman…
Now he just needs to find a uniform that hits him a bit better…

1993 HEADLINE: Reggie Jackson Inducted Into Baseball’s Hall Of Fame
On this day in 1993, Reggie Jackson was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame.
A colorful player both on and off the field, I am fairly certain that Reggie’s speech was a classic. If only there was YouTube back in 1993…
A member of the ‘500 HR Club’, a league MVP, a 5-time World Series champion, and a Hall of Famer, it does not get much better than Reginald Martinez Jackson!!!
Happy Anniversary to Mr. October!

Andre Dawson 2014 Topps Tier 1 Game-Used Dual Jersey Relic Card – NICE!
First, I gave you the single relic card that offered up the White jersey swatch with the Blue pinstripe.
Then, I posted the single relic card that had a full ‘Cubby Blue’ swatch as the centerpiece.
And now, I have another great card of Andre Dawson from the 2014 Topps Tier 1 set to show off.
This one features two piece of game-used jersey. Yes, I said TWO!
And trust me when I tell you, it looks fantastic.
Each of the dual relic cards from the 2014 Topps Tier 1 set are stamped and serial numbered to 50 copies. The one that I grabbed of Andre is numbered as 45/50.
I don’t know how these keep landing in my lap, but for the price that they are, I am not complaining. My relic card collection of Andre is growing rapidly as is my admiration for the Tier 1 product.
