Notes From Career:  Dick Green spent his entire 12-year major league career with the Athletics franchise – both in Kansas City and Oakland.  He is a career .240 hitter with 960 hits in 4,007 at-bats.  Of his 960 hits, Green connected for 145 doubles, 23 triples, 80 home runs, and 712 singles.  He scored 427 runs for the A’s during his career while also driving in 422.  Green played on three World Series Championship teams with Oakland – 1972, 1973, and 1974.
