Notes From His 1975 Season:  Bucky Dent was selected to the AL All-Star team for the first time in 1975.  As a member of the White Sox, he hit .264 as he connected for 159 hits in 157 games played.  Of his 159 hits, Dent collected 29 doubles and 4 home runs.  He scored 52 runs in 1975 while also driving in 58.

Notes From Career:  Bucky Dent is a 3-time All-Star player that suited up for four different MLB clubs during his 12-year career.  Dent is a lifetime .247 hitter with 1,114 hits on his resume.  He is a member of the 1977 and 1978 World Series championship winning New York Yankees.  He won the 1978 WS MVP Award due to his .417 average over 6 games against the Dodgers.
